Privacy Policy

This is what we collect and how we use it. When you sign up we store your email address, a chosen display name and a permanent handle. As you use the app we store the goals, tasks, planner blocks, notes, progress history and private Circle memberships you create. This information is stored securely in the cloud against your account so your workspace is available on any device you sign in from, and it is only accessible to you and to the members of a Circle you choose to join. Billing is handled by Paddle, our payment processor — Paddle holds the payment details required to process your subscription and we never see your card number. GRID does not sell personal data and does not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. You can export your entire archive as a JSON file from Settings at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated records and stops any active subscription. If you have a question about your data or want it deleted, contact projectgrid.workspace@gmail.com.
