Refund Policy

GRID SANCTUARY membership is $9.99/month or $99/year. Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial with full access and no card required, so you can evaluate the whole product before you pay. You can cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation stops all future charges and preserves access until the end of the current paid period. If, within 7 days of your first payment, GRID SANCTUARY isn't the right fit, email projectgrid.workspace@gmail.com or use the in-app support form and we will refund that first payment in full. Refunds outside that window are considered case by case.
